TIMELINE OF GATES & UNESCO CCSS

This was sent to me back in 2004 by Berit Kjos and it is a timeline she had created in regard to the involvement of Bill Gates, his Foundation and UNESCO in the creation of the CCSS. I need to remind you that Bosnia and some other countries have been using the CCSS since 2002 and that information was shared with me from a teacher in Bosnia when we first started to get fed with the information about the CCSS. This whole plan was to further the move to destroy America from within through our education system. It is working!

Written in 1992 for the UN Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, The Declaration of Interdependence was written to express the values of the UN/UNESCO. Portions of this agenda comes from the Earth Charter and some is from various works of individuals from around the world.

"We stand at a critical moment in Earth's history, a time when humanity must choose its future. As the world becomes increasingly interdependent and fragile, the future at once holds great peril and great promise. To move forward we must recognize that in the midst of a magnificent diversity of cultures and life forms we are one human family and one Earth community with a common destiny. We must join together to bring forth a sustainable global society founded on respect for nature, universal human rights, economic justice, and a culture of peace. Towards this end, it is imperative that we, the peoples of Earth, declare our responsibility to one another, to the greater community of life, and to future generations."

This unique programme is designed to provide participants with the understanding, knowledge, and skills to integrate Education for Sustainable Development and Education for Global Citizenship into classrooms, schools, and curricula with depth and creativity. It contributes to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, with a specific focus on SDG 4, target SDG 4.7

Unlike most programmes in sustainability, in these courses the Earth Charter (EC) is used as a central feature of this approach. The EC provides a broad, inclusive and powerful values-based orientation that can be infused within the missions and purposes of most educational programmes. The methodologies introduced are ones that can be applied to all learning across the curriculum and across grade levels.
