The end affect is our children are then out of school, on waiting lists and losing out!
This website contends if traditional public schools are as bad as politicians want you to believe, then why aren't they flooding their corporate and federal $$ into our traditional public schools rather than Management companies stealing our tax $$?

One of the schools spent nearly $1.7 million on facility renovations without written contracts or detailed project plans. Link

Source: NCES Common Core of Data Public Elementary/Secondary School Universe Survey for school years 2000 to 2013. Data are available at https://nces.ed.gov/ccd/pubschuniv.asp. For purposes of this analysis, schools coded in the survey as "closed since last report," and "inactive-temporarily closed" were deemed closed. Schools that changed status from "charter" and "open" to "not applicable" and "closed" in subsequent year were also deemed to be closed charter schools. Additionally, schools coded as open charters in one year that then are missing from the survey for at least the next two subsequent years are also deemed to be closed.

We will begin by telling the hidden history of education reform. We will then explain the extremely important relationship between high stakes testing and childhood poverty. Third, we will look at how high stakes tests are deliberately constructed to fail as many students as possible. Finally, we will look at how children really learn and explain why they are permanently harmed by being subjected to high stakes tests. Fasten your seat belt. We are about to enter the world of bribes and lies used to destroy our public schools – a bizarre world where the truth is the exact opposite of everything you have ever been told.

Charter Schools are Fraud Factories
In the previous section, we looked at charter school corruption in Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia and New Orleans. In this section, we will look at fraud and corruption in seven States: California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio. But what we may think of as corruption is really the intended payoff of charter schools... just a part of the plan to maximize profits by diverting funding away from public schools to private for profit schools |
IS CHARTER SCHOOL FRAUD THE NEXT ENRON? It certainly is a cash cow for some!
If parents would look closely they would see that the fraud that occurred at Enron is the same pattern that is cropping up in the Charter school sector. It doesn't take a genius to figure out how to divert the funding or grossly over charging for services to create a massive Cash Cow!
Enron's failure pointed out the lack of oversight by the gatekeepers - if there were any. The Charter school major Gatekeeper is of course Jeb Bush, a non-education politician who supports as does the rest of his family and other politicians the NEW WORLD ORDER scam. Bush pushes the agenda for the companies to have their Cash Cow days by the over-charging and other antics - no one is prosecuted and they in turn fill the politicians pockets with the green stuff.
Unlike Public Schools, legislators for their donations have made sure legislation has been passed which EXEMPTS Charter schools from many of the laws governing financial transparency, let alone the fact NO ONE IS WATCHING THE STORE and when a Charter school runs into trouble, legislators and School Board members ask "How did this happen?"
